Prior to 48 hours from rental time 0%<\/p>\n<p>2.Within 24 \u2013 48 hours from rental time 10%<\/p>\n<p>3.Within 4 \u2013 24 hours from rental time 50%<\/p>\n<p>4.Within 0 \u2013 4 hours from rental time 100%<\/p>\n<p>5.No show 100%<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>No show<\/td>\n<td>In case of No-Show, no amount will be refunded to the User<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Cleanliness<\/td>\n<td>The company does not allow the Vehicle to be used to carry pets, goods, or any other object which can annihilate the upholstery\/any of the vehicles. In such an event, the User will be charged on the actual cost of repairing\/cleaning of interior\/exterior of the vehicle<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Replacement Car<\/td>\n<td>Replacement Vehicle shall be provided within city limits only (Subject to availability of similar segment in the city) in all such cases wherein a Vehicle develops mechanical error and restrain the User from its use. In a case, wherein the Vehicle develops such error outside the city limit, a replacement Vehicle will not be provided and the amount equivalent to the agreed rental will be charged. Company decisions related to replacement vehicles will be final.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Fuel<\/td>\n<td>For Chauffeur driven cars, fuel is inclusive of the selected rental package<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Cancellation or Modification<\/td>\n<td>Reservations need to be canceled or modified through email to the official email ID<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Extra Time<\/td>\n<td>Extra Hours will be applicable over the basic package selected by the renter.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Parking &amp; Tolls<\/td>\n<td>Parking and toll charges to be borne by the customer.
